I can’t recommend Icy Solutions highly enough. From the very first enquiry through to installation, the service was exceptional. Iwan was fantastic throughout. His communication was excellent from start to finish, always keeping us updated, answering any questions quickly, and making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so professional, reliable and easy to deal with. On installation day, Iwan and his colleague were punctual, friendly and incredibly hardworking. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, they took real pride in what they were doing, and left everything spotless when they finished. They also took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. I messaged ICY late on Friday night about an AC install , Iwan responded straight away. Further discussions over the weekend, site visit Monday morning, install booked for Wednesday, then moved forward to Tuesday. I couldn’t ask for more than that, it’s now Tuesday evening and we are happy customers with an AC unit in our bedroom. Neat install with everything left clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ICY again and definitely recommend them.

Someone you can go to for multiple jobs - Iwan not only fitted new pipes & radiators but also the tiles in our hallway. We couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was carried out professionally, completed quickly, and the attention to detail was excellent throughout. Everything was left neat and tidy, and you can tell real care was taken with the work. Highly recommend!

We used ICY Solutions for our heating installation and the Company is excellent. They were very professional, were tidy and our heating system is now up and running and we are very pleased with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you!

The icy service was very good, the young man kept me informed as he worked, it being a new system to me. He spent quite a while reprogramming the timing to suit us and explained how to alter it in warm weather. He also said he would ask Rayburn specialists to call. I was impressed and will book Icy again.
